In January 2026, SchoolsRule-Marin's beloved founder and fearless leader passed away after her courageous fight with blood cancer. We honor a visionary whose lifelong dedication transformed public education in Marin County.

 

Her passion for equitable education and her belief that all children deserve rich, meaningful opportunities inspired her to help launch SchoolsRule–Marin, a countywide coalition supporting every public school student. Trisha’s leadership over decades helped strengthen school foundations across Marin, championing literacy, the arts, technology, and health programs that expand access and opportunity for all.

 

Donations can be made in Trisha’s honor, which will continue her legacy of equity and impact. Funds raised through this campaign will support SchoolsRule–Marin’s mission to ensure every student in Marin’s public schools has the resources they need to thrive.
